- Head (Product, Investment & Research): Graduation/Post-Graduation; CA/CFA/CFP preferred; 15 years’ experience in investment & wealth management.
- Zonal Head (Retail): Graduate/MBA; 15 years’ experience in wealth/retail banking with 5+ years in leadership.
- Regional Head: Graduate/MBA; 12+ years in relationship management with 5+ years team leadership.
- Relationship Manager–Team Lead: Graduate/MBA; 8 years in wealth or financial relationship management.
- Investment Specialist: PG Degree/Diploma in Finance/Commerce/Economics or CA/CFA; 6 years of investment advisory experience.
- Investment Officer: PG Degree/Diploma or CA/CFA; 4 years relevant experience.
- Project Development Manager (Business): MBA/PGDM; 5 years experience in banking/wealth management.
